Esri's JavaScript API - Heads up to all HTML/JS GIS developers; Esri is splitting the JS API into 3.X and 4.X. Both will be maintained, supported, and enhanced. However, all of the cool new features will ONLY be in 4.X and required a re-write of the API. Migration is suppose to require as little re-writing of apps as possible from 3.X to 4.X.  Advanced features on the horizon in 4.X:

• Smart Mapping
• 3D
• Vector Map Tiles
• Local Geometry

App Builder and App Studio - Esri seeks to continue easing of development pain. These two products make it easier for application development in browsers and native SDKs. Do you want an app? ROK wants to build it for you.

New and Improved Maps and Apps - Esri is refining and creating new maps and apps that are free to use from the cloud.
